Ödeme Planı is a personal finance tracking app. By using it, you are expected to read and accept the following terms.
Scope of the service
The app does not claim to provide financial advice. Its calculations (minimum payment, interest estimates, financial health score, end-of-month forecast) are for informational purposes, and your actual bank accounts, interest rates, and tax obligations may differ.
Free and premium scope
- Free (mobile): core tracking works on your device, offline and without an account; certain numeric limits apply (e.g. the number of cards, assets, and goals) and a banner ad is shown.
- Premium (subscription): adds cloud sync, web access, family sharing, email/push reminders, unlimited records, PDF/export, and ad-free use.
The feature scope may change over time; the distinction between free and premium is shown within the app.
Subscription terms
- The premium subscription is a recurring (monthly or yearly) service billed through Google Play. The current price is shown within the app at the time of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. To stop renewal you need to cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time from the subscriptions section of your Google Play account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refund requests are subject to the Google Play refund policy and are evaluated by the payment provider (Google).
- In the event of a price change, you will be notified before it takes effect, in line with Google Play's rules.
Your responsibility
- The accuracy of the data you enter is your responsibility.
- Decisions such as investing, taking out loans, or restructuring debt are entirely your own responsibility.
- In a guest (account-free) session on the web your data is tied to the browser session; if you do not create an account, your data may be lost.
Data loss and backups
In the free mobile version all of your records are stored only on your device. You acknowledge that if your phone is lost or breaks down, if the app is deleted, or if your device data is cleared, your records cannot be recovered, and the developer cannot be held liable in such cases. Backing up your data is your responsibility. The premium cloud backup is a separate service and applies only while a subscription is active and only to the records you have synced to the cloud.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The calculations (minimum payment, interest estimate, daily spending limit, end-of-month forecast, financial health score) are for informational purposes, and their accuracy is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, or from decisions you make based on the information and calculations in it. This limitation does not cover liability that cannot be excluded by contract, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or under consumer-protection and data-protection law.
Third-party services
- Exchange rate, gold, and crypto data are obtained from third-party services (Truncgil, CoinGecko, and frankfurter.app / ECB). The accuracy and timeliness of this data are not guaranteed, it may be delayed, and it should not be used to make investment decisions.
- In the free version, ads are shown through Google AdMob. The developer is not responsible for the content of the ads.
- Premium subscriptions are managed through Google Play and RevenueCat; these services are subject to their own terms.
Age requirement
The app is intended for general use. Use by anyone under 18 is under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
Service interruptions
Premium cloud features run on cloud infrastructure. Short-term access issues may occur due to service interruptions, backup processes, or temporary errors.
Changes
We may update these terms when necessary. For significant changes, a notice will be shown within the app.
